The median across all reporting countries is 4.7 %, and the mean is 9.4 %.
The gap between the highest and lowest reporting country is a factor of about 126.
Over the past decade 68 countries rose and 48 fell. The largest increase was in Paraguay (up 563.6%), and the largest decrease in Serbia (down 68.4%).
