The median across all reporting countries is 21.85 %, and the mean is 30.48 %.
The gap between the highest and lowest reporting country is a factor of about 54.
Over the past decade 82 countries rose and 47 fell. The largest increase was in Singapore (up 228.6%), and the largest decrease in Poland (down 65.6%).
