The median across all reporting countries is 18.3 %, and the mean is 26.26 %.
The gap between the highest and lowest reporting country is a factor of about 97.
Over the past decade 76 countries rose and 52 fell. The largest increase was in Paraguay (up 361.7%), and the largest decrease in Poland (down 81.0%).
